A Day in the Life as a CULLY Service Technician
No two days are the same. One day Sean might be servicing flowmeters, samplers or telemetry equipment, while the next he’s responding to an urgent fault on site. Every job brings a new challenge and an opportunity to use his technical skills to keep essential infrastructure running.
For Sean, one of the most rewarding parts of the role is building relationships with customers.
“We’re often working with the same sites and the same people. Building trust is important, and it’s satisfying when customers know they can rely on you.”
Since joining CULLY, Sean has seen the industry evolve significantly.
“The water industry has changed a lot over the last few years. There’s more technology, more standardisation and some really exciting projects happening. It’s a great time to be involved.”
He also values the support of the team around him.
“Everyone has different experience and knowledge, so if you come across something unusual, there’s always someone willing to help. You never stop learning.”
