Halogen Systems MP5-A Multiparameter Free Chlorine Analyzer

Continuous, reagent-free chlorine monitoring with five parameters in one compact unit — engineered for drinking water compliance.

Five parameters. One analyzer. Zero reagents. Total confidence.

The Halogen MP5-A is a panel-mount multiparameter water quality analyzer designed for continuous, unattended operation in drinking water treatment and distribution networks. Using amperometric membrane sensor technology, it delivers accurate, stable free chlorine readings without the cost or complexity of reagent-based systems.

Alongside free chlorine, the MP5-A simultaneously measures pH, temperature, turbidity, and conductivity — giving operators a complete, real-time picture of water quality from a single installation point. With standard 4–20 mA and Modbus RTU outputs, it integrates seamlessly into existing SCADA and PLC platforms with no additional hardware.

Cully supplies, installs, and supports the MP5-A across Ireland, ensuring end-to-end delivery from specification through to commissioning and ongoing service.

Key Features

  • Reagent-free chlorine sensing – Amperometric membrane technology eliminates chemical consumables, reducing running costs and maintenance at remote sites.
  • Five parameters, one unit – Replaces multiple legacy instruments at a single monitoring point — simplifying installation, cabling, and ongoing calibration.
  • SCADA & PLC integration – Standard 4–20 mA outputs and Modbus RTU communications connect directly to existing control systems without additional hardware.
  • Compact panel-mount design – IP65-rated housing fits neatly within standard ICA cabinets and pump station enclosures — no panel modification required.

Key Features

  • Continuous 24/7 monitoring – Designed for unattended operation, providing timestamped audit trails for regulatory reporting and EPA compliance.
  • Low drift, stable readings – Sensor design resists fouling and calibration drift — delivering reliable data between maintenance intervals with minimal intervention.
  • Fast response time – Rapid chlorine residual detection enables early response to dosing fluctuations before they propagate through the network.
  • Local Irish support – Supplied, installed, and serviced by Cully’s ICA engineering team — no overseas support queues, fast on-site response.
